Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order or using our online store. By accessing or ordering from Khush Tea, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Strict No-Return & No-Exchange Policy (Consumable Goods)
Khush Tea produces and supplies natural, premium, and freshly blended consumable loose-leaf teas and edible infusions. Under the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) safety guidelines and consumer hygiene standards:
- All sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, no returns, no exchanges, and no buyer-remorse refunds are accepted.
- We strictly do not accept returns for change of personal taste preference, incorrect weight or blend selected by the customer, or minor natural agricultural variations.
- In the rare event of transit damage or wrong item delivered, please review our legitimate replacement terms under Section 6 below.

By visiting our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing tea through Razorpay online or WhatsApp checkout, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and store policies.
Natural Agricultural Products & Brewing
Tea is a 100% natural agricultural produce. While our master blenders maintain strict quality consistency across three generations, leaf appearance, granule density, seasonal aroma, and liquor brightness may exhibit subtle variations depending on estate harvest conditions (first flush, second flush, monsoon flush, autumn flush).
All products are weighed accurately and sealed in multi-layered, food-grade barrier pouches to lock in pristine freshness and aroma.
Transparent Pricing & Bank-Grade Payment Security
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (free delivery on orders above ₹499).
We process online card, UPI, NetBanking, and wallet payments via Razorpay Payment Gateway, a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Khush Tea does not hold, process, or store your credit/debit card numbers or confidential banking passwords.
No Return Policy for Consumable Tea Leaves
1. No Returns on Delivered Goods: Once a tea package has left our fulfillment center in Surendranagar or has been delivered by the courier partner, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Opened or unsealed tea pouches cannot be resold or re-stocked due to contamination risk.
2. Cancellation Window Before Dispatch: You may request cancellation of an order strictly prior to courier dispatch (typically within 2 to 3 hours of order placement) by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 78599 09850) or email (orders@kushtea.com). Once an Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number has been generated, cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Legitimate Transit Damage or Defect Protocol: In the exceptional case where you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged during transit, leaked, or contains an incorrect item:
Required Steps for Assistance:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide unedited photographs or an unboxing video showing the outer shipping label, box condition, and damaged contents.
- Upon verification, we will dispatch a free replacement of the affected item at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a direct refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Dispatch, Delivery & Address Accuracy
Orders are packaged fresh and dispatched from Surendranagar within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation. Deliveries across Gujarat generally take 2 to 4 business days, and deliveries across other Indian states typically take 4 to 7 business days.
Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate postal addresses, complete pincodes, and active mobile numbers. We are not liable for delayed or returned parcels caused by incorrect recipient information or non-availability of the recipient.
Health Disclaimer & Liability Cap
Our teas are prepared as natural dietary beverages. Information provided regarding traditional herbal ingredients (such as ginger, cardamom, clove, or green tea polyphenols) is for cultural and educational appreciation only and is not intended as medical advice or treatment.
In no event shall Khush Tea, its proprietors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any transactions conducted on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surendranagar, Gujarat, India.
